It is with deep sorrow and loving reflection that we announce the passing of Lydia E. Soto Garcia on August 16, 2025.


Lydia, affectionately known as Titi Yiya, was born on August 2, 1948 to Andres Soto and Nemencia Garcia.


She touched countless lives with her humility, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to serving God. Lydia's life was marked by deep faith and a passion for spreading the Good News. Lydia's dedication to service was demonstrated in her roles as a missionary, pastor, sister, aunt.


As we commemorate Lydia's life, let us remember her not only for her accomplishments but for the love and faith she shared so generously. That is “Titi Yiya’s” true legacy, and it is one that will surely continue to inspire and uplift all who had the privilege of knowing her.
