Neoma Lillian Lowman Caldwell, 59 of Leesburg, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Tavares Hospice House surrounded by family following a long battle of cancer.

Neoma was born on March 7, 1966 in Hickory, North Carolina to the late Harry Lowman and Kathleen Lowman. Neoma was a member of Judah Church in Orlando, Florida.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Harry L. Lowman.

Those left to cherish her memory are: husband of 38 years: Rocky Caldwell of Leesburg, Florida; daughter, Jessica Stroud and her husband, Cody of Hickory, North Carolina; sons, Rex Caldwell and wife, Julie of Conover, North Carolina and Joseph Caldwell and partner, Nathan Walker of Conover, North Carolina; sister, Debbie Martin of Vale, North Carolina; grandchildren, Aubrey, Luke and Raelynn Caldwell; niece Casey Blair of Vale, North Carolina and a host of other family members and friends.

So sad to hear this. Only knowing Noema is with her great and mighty King of kings makes her not being here on this earth a comfort.
